Description

Decorated with Court Ladies and Children in a palace garden setting. The ladies are engaged playing Cuju (a ball kicking game), observed by others; the boys at play. All finely painted in vibrant enamels.

Diameter: 14 ¾ inches (37.2 cm.)

An identical plate from the Gulland Collection is in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
