Fine Pair of Chinese Export Porcelain Peach-Toned Covered “Pistol-Handled” Urns

Description

Of fine classic form and of unusual color (usually found in blue and white or famille rose tones). Decorated with floral medallions, all finely set against a peach-toned ground with gilding. Surmounted by a dome shaped cover with knob finial. Of fine and impressive form, and very beautiful decoration.

Greatest width: 9 inches (22.8 cm.)
Depth: 7 ¼ inches (18.5 cm.)
